GSE Environmental Announces Acquisition of SynTec, LLC
GSE Holding, Inc. (NYSE: GSE), a portfolio company of CHS Capital™, announces the acquisition of all of the equity interests of SynTec, LLC, based in Baltimore, Maryland.
