Woodstream Corporation Acquires Senoret Group, Inc.

Woodstream Corporation, a portfolio company of CHS Capital™ and Brockway Moran & Partners, has completed the acquisition of Senoret Group, Inc. and related entities. Headquartered in Lititz, Pennsylvania, Woodstream is a portfolio investment of CHS Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund. Senoret represents the fourth acquisition completed during CHS Capital’s ownership.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Senoret manufactures and markets pest control products to D.I.Y. stores, hardware retailers and mass merchandisers. The company’s products, which include liquid insect killers, insect traps, insect baits and bait stations, animal repellents, rodent baits, poison peanuts, aerosol repellents and granular insect killers, are sold under the two flagship brands, TERRO® and Sweeney’s®.
